Update + Black Thought
Back to school (work!) this week but also off for 3 HANGMAN shows today; National park, Coromandel and Raglan - lovin the road!
Recorded a performance of Dirty the other night for a documentary coming out early next year on MTVU in the States and hopefully here at home too

JUNE 1ST 2009
Damn, 6 months into 09 already!
Just got back from a cruisy ride out to Piha with the kids and niece Titene. Nice times =)
HANGMAN played @ The Masonic on Saturday night and that was pretty sweet - our last gig til July 10th, a massive stretch for us without playing live . We're on the mish to write some new material so we're busy anyway. I also DJ'd at Traffic Bar along with Mikey Rockwell - was pretty quiet but sweet none the less...

This is Alphabetheads 2002 DMC set. Its rare that a DJ is technically awesome, funky and creative all at the same time! This cat doesnt perfectly pull off every part of this set but its mind blowing none-the-less!!

KEEPING ON...

Just rocked a community show along with Marcellin Students on Saturday at Mt Roskill Library as an NZ Music Month promo. Was alot of fun - I'm sure the students enjoyed and got something out of it (mainly performance experience and a chance to show off their talents to the world! (well at least the 60 odd people that turned up). Heres a few pics - oh yeah of course HANGMAN couldnt pass up the chance to rock a few tunes too !
